In the feasibility study stage, the mine design institute and the entrusting unit (client) need to sign an entrustment agreement. After the two parties reached an agreement, Xinhai Mine Design Institute began to set up a working group to carry out the work. The work content includes: formulating work plans, investigating and researching, collecting data, formulating and optimizing plans, project evaluation, compiling "reports", exchanging opinions with entrusting units, Form a formal "report".

In all the work carried out by the working group, the investigation and research, data collection and program optimization of the customer's mines are the top priorities, and it is an important basis for determining the feasibility of the construction plan of the dressing plant. For these important parts, the working group needs to work with different majors, including:

Geology major

Collect Geological Survey Design, Geological Survey (Detailed Survey) Report or Reserve Verification Report and approval documents submitted by qualified geological prospecting departments

Mining majors

The collected information includes: (1) the owner's opinions and requirements on the construction of the mine; (2) for the newly built mine, collect the layout drawings of the existing prospecting project; Master the topography of the mining area and the surrounding environment in detail; (4) Design data in the early design stage of the mine. Combined with these materials, mining experts design or optimize the mining methods, mining equipment, ventilation systems, etc. of the mine, and come up with a feasible plan for the mining part.

The mining machine professional

collects the information of the mine in terms of lifting, transportation, air compression, drainage and ventilation, so as to judge the current situation of the mine's existing equipment or the number and specifications of the equipment required for the new mine, and optimize the use and procurement of the mining equipment. come up with a feasible solution.

Civil engineering major

The collected data include: (1) Exploration of the geomorphological conditions of the site; (2) Collection of hydrogeological data, and the Geotechnical Engineering Exploration Report on the mine; (3) Understanding of local architectural styles, structural forms, and architectural practices such as waterproofing and thermal insulation; (4) Investigate the sources of local building materials, including transportation, prices, etc., mainly including: sand and gravel, brick blocks, plates, steel, cement, etc. Based on these data, the Civil Engineering Department will explain the structural form of the building for the client in the report, and at the same time establish the structural form of the main project and the main construction practices.

Electric power major

For new mines, the electric power major needs to collect: (1) the power supply environment around the mine (2) the topography and landform between the mining area and the power supply source; (3) the basic situation of the power supply substation; (4) the requirements of the local power supply department for users, Such as: power factor, power supply mode, start-up mode of large-scale electrical equipment; (5) local requirements for lightning protection and grounding; (6) external communication methods and local communication conditions. For the reconstruction and expansion of the mine, it is necessary to collect: (1) the current status of the mine's power supply; (2) the overview of the superior substation; (3) the existing security power supply settings; (4) the existing communication status.

Mineral processing major

Mineral processing majors need to collect data for new projects: "Ore Selectivity Test Report", topographic map of dressing plant (1:500 1:1000), water, electricity, tailings pond around the site, environmental protection requirements, construction standards of the owner, Investment quota, construction opinions of the owners, etc. For the expansion project, it is necessary to collect: the existing scale of the project, the ore optionality test report and the status quo of the production process, the production operation indicators and material consumption, the existing equipment model and production capacity, the general layout of the existing concentrator and the equipment of each workshop Configuration diagram, production problems. Based on these data, a feasible plan for the beneficiation process of the newly built plant or the reconstruction and expansion project is proposed.

Construction drawings

After the safety chapter "Feasibility Study Report" in the preliminary design was approved, the Mine Design Institute started preliminary design work and came up with a design plan for the construction of the dressing plant. The design scheme mainly involves: mineral processing, general plan, electric power, communication, civil engineering, environmental protection, water supply and drainage, tailings, safety and fire protection, investment estimation, economic benefits, etc. For the reform, expansion, and subsequent construction of enterprises, the preliminary design will also explain the current situation, characteristics, main problems and the utilization of main buildings and equipment in the content.

Xinhai Mine Design Institute has many beneficiation engineers, who can design different types of beneficiation plants with less investment, quick results, or easy management according to customer requirements. At the same time, the design cost is lower than the national standard.
After the preliminary design is completed, the experts of the design institute will summarize all the contents into a detailed "preliminary design report" and submit it to the competent department of the mine design institute for review.

After the preliminary design of some construction drawings made by the Design Institute for a processing plant has been approved, the construction drawings will be produced according to the design plan. A large number of construction drawings must be drawn for each aspect of the processing plant, such as civil construction, generally more than 100 construction drawings. Xinhai Mining Institute has many engineers with rich experience and fast drawing speed. After the construction drawing is completed, "design disclosure" shall be made to the construction commander at the construction site, and details such as precautions, strict specifications, and important contents in the construction drawing shall be handed over in detail.
