Process Introduction

1.Crushing & Grinding

Large particle size of feldspar ore firstly should be crushed by jaw crusher to qualified particle size, thus to guarantee the grinding quality and protect ball mill.

Ball mill is applied into the second stage - grinding, Xinhai has wet grate ball mill and wet grate overflow ball mill which can perfectly grind feldspar ore into qualified particle size.

2.Flotation Separation

With experience in Feldspar flotation separation, flotation cell is the main mining machines in this part, the slurry dealt with agential through milling and inflating can make certain particles of it selectively attaches to the bubbles to achieve mineral separation.

3.Desliming

Qualified grinding materials are fed into desliming bucket for desliming operation.

4.Magnetic separation

After desliming, the ore enters the two-stage magnetic separation operation of low intensity magnetic + high intensity magnetic to remove magnetic substances in the ore.

Production instance

In April 2015, entrusted by Hebei Xinglong Zhuhe Group, Xinhai undertook the overall project of the group's 1000tpd potassium feldspar beneficiation process. After testing the ore samples, Xinhai Mineral Processing Laboratory found that the raw ore contains K2O4.37%, Na2O3.38%, Fe2O30.48%, SiO277.56%, Al2O312.13%, and proposed to adopt the acid method fluorine-free flotation process to Recycle feldspar. After the impurity removal (removal of impurities such as iron, mica and mud), the feldspar and quartz are separated by flotation, and then the second-coarse, second-sweep, second-fine, and medium ore are returned to the process in sequence, and the final feldspar concentrate contains K2O+ Na2O reaches 12.73%, Fe2O3 0.09%, K2O recovery rate is 56.32%, Na2O recovery rate is 53.83%; at the same time, quartz concentrate containing SiO298.45% is obtained.
